PNW Automotive began with a shared passion for quality auto care and a lifelong love of mechanics. Growing up, Ashley Jo could often be found alongside her dad in their garage, tinkering with anything on wheels. She fondly remembers helping (and sometimes getting in the way) as he worked on the family’s old Pinto station wagon. By 16, she knew she wanted to own her own auto repair shop—a dream her high school friends could always count on her talking about.

Jeremy’s story started similarly. Fascinated by anything mechanical, he began repairing his family’s vehicles as a teenager. His love for the trade led him to become a certified Master Technician in his mid-20s, and he’s been dedicated to perfecting his craft ever since.

Together, as working parents who are also active community volunteers, Ashley Jo and Jeremy founded PNW Automotive with a vision: to create a trusted repair center that combines specialized care for your vehicles with genuine community connections.

Our shop has since grown into a local hub for precision auto care, proudly certified in brands like BMW, Audi, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru. We believe in transparency, offering digital inspections and regular updates to keep our customers in the loop. For us, it’s not just about fixing cars; it’s about building relationships and giving back to the community that has helped us grow.

We were thrilled to welcome our son, Tristan, to the PNW Automotive team after he graduated from high school. It’s been a proud moment for us both—not only to see him step into the family business but to have the opportunity to work alongside him each day. Watching Tristan grow, learn, and contribute to the business has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re excited for all that he’ll bring to the team as he continues to develop his skills.
